By having a Will you stipulate exactly how your estate (all your possessions and assets) is distributed, in what proportions and to whom. You can also avoid unnecessary arguments and squabbles between family members or relatives.
If you don't have a Will the government decides this for you according to some rather old rules called the Laws of Intestacy which were drawn up in the 1920's. If you have young children then your Will can direct who will take care of them if you die, otherwise it is down to Social Services to decide.
We can write your Will with longevity in mind, intrinsically sound and tax efficient with a free home-visit advice consultation on how best to distribute your estate.
Whats more? if your circumstances significantly change we can update your Will without the need for you to pay for a whole new Will all over again!
Call us now to arrange a mutually convenient home visit appointment, or just turn up (no appointment necessary) at 150-152 Brighton Road Couldson CR5 2NE to take advantage of our walk-in Will writing service.
